Gazelle HR, LLC is a Staffing company specializing in temporary to perm and permanent placement of employees.  Our focused industries are artisan contractors, light industrial and manufacturing.  Our target market is in the Midwest, however marketing efforts have already began in the southeast.   Gazelle HR was formed by three executives from three separate professions who had a vision that their combined talents could be used to employee a large population of unemployed, while providing businesses with skilled labor pre-trained for the specific industry they are assigned.   By partnering with a safety company to market and train the employees for the positions they will be placed.

 

Mission Statement:

“Every morning in Africa a gazelle wakes up.  It knows it must run faster than the fastest lion or it will be killed.”

“Every morning in Africa a lion wakes up.  It knows it must run faster than the slowest gazelle or it will go hungry.”

 

The moral of the story: Whether you are a gazelle or a lion, when the sun comes up you better wake up running.

The story above prompted our mission and our name, “Wake up running…” be the first to take care of our clients, be accessible to our employees and our clients 24 hours a day, be the first to respond to an issue.  Don’t allow our competition to better serve our customers or our employees.
